Program Director
We are seeking a dedicated Program Director to lead our cottage style residential program. This role oversees House Parents and Case Management staff, manages the resident intake process, and ensures full compliance with state licensing and CARF accreditation. The ideal candidate brings strong leadership skills, experience in residential or social services, and preferably an LISW/LSW/LPC/LPCC. A committed Christian faith is required, with a Church of Christ background preferred.
Math Teacher

Intervention Specialist
Village Christian School is seeking a dedicated and qualified 7th – 12th grade Special Education Intervention Specialist to provide high-quality instructional support and services to students with special needs. The ideal candidate will be passionate about fostering student growth, skilled in differentiated instruction, and committed to creating an inclusive learning environment in alignment with each student’s Individualized Education Program (IEP), 504 Plan, and/or intervention plan.
House Parents
The role is for married couples to serve children on our campus in a cottage-based family care setting. Interested couples should have maturity in their marriage, can be with or without children, and pets are welcome. House parents are supported by a case manager and program director and must have at least a high school diploma or equivalent. Experience is preferred but not required. Mid-Western is willing to hire from the contiguous 48 states and possibly pay moving expenses.
Case Aide
Mid-Western is seeking an individual to help assist our case managers in maintaining their caseloads. This may include transporting children to various appointments, uploading reports into our online RTIS and CARF systems, etc.
Health/ Physical Ed.
